Processing and Shipping 

Processing for all orders will take 2-3 business days, all orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays. USPS Shipping will take 1-5 business days. If you are not home for your package on the expected delivery date/time, you can request for your package to be held within USPS. Incorrect or incomplete address information is the major cause of shipping delays, please check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt number, etc.) needed to deliver your package. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the fee the shipping carrier charges us to make the correction. 

Once your order has been shipped, we are NOT responsible for lost, stolen, damaged or delayed orders. You will NOT recieve a refund for lost, delayed, or stolen orders and your order will not be replaced. We work with USPS to ensure your order gets to you as quickly as possible, if any problem occurs, you will have to contact USPS.

 

Cancellation/ Returns/ Refunds

All of FiveOneFour's mink lashes are FINAL SALE due to federal laws regarding health and sanitation. We begin wowrking on orders shortly afrer the order is made; once you purches and decide to cancel a 10% penalty will be charges. NO refunds or cancellation after 24 hours after your order is placed. Orders will not be cancelled or refunded after acknowledging shipping/processing times.

If your order is flagged for high risk, we will email you immediately for confirmation and proof of purchase. if no response is made within 24 hours, your order will cancelled and you will banned from ordering again.

We offer no warranty or guaruntee if you if you damage lashes or any other product we sell in any way,we are not liable and will not offer you a refund or  exchange.
